Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

Tracked Shipping throughout the ROI and NI is €5.95

All orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Regular Products will be dispatched within 2-5 working days.

Personalised Products will be dispatched within 5-10 working days

We can occasionally make exceptions for a rush order (outside of busy periods); please contact me at  in**@cl******.ie to let me know. There will be an extra charge on rush orders.

Personalised / Custom:
Please ensure that ALL required information is provided for personalised products; this will speed up the processing time. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information is correct, so please double-check when entering. Cliste Co. cannot be held responsible for any errors present in the personalisation at the checkout, and there will be a charge for any edits and reprints that are needed as a result.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to discuss your options, and as agreed upon, please dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

Items damaged in transit:
If you do receive an item damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as you receive it (no later than 2 days after delivery) with photos of the damage, and I will arrange a replacement. Cliste Co. is not responsible for any damages incurred after accepted delivery and initial inspection.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items damaged after accepted delivery and initial inspection
• Items that include incorrect locations, names, dates or other information the customer provides.
